Important Snow Removal
Sidewalks and Walkways: at 2” of accumulation and snow has stopped falling (meaning anything less than 2” and snow has stopped there will be NO site visit to remove the snow)
Parking Lot: at 4” of accumulation and the snow has stopped falling (meaning anything less than 4” and snow has stopped there will be NO site visit to remove the snow)
If there is extraordinarily heavy snow storm, the Board can authorize additional snow removal. When workers are on the property, they will spread ice melt on steps and walkways. Ice melt buckets have been placed in all the stairwells. If you see icy spots, help keep your neighbors and visitors safe by spreading ice melt yourself.

To Obtain a Login and Password: To obtain a login and password for the website, you will need to register as a homeowner. To register, please click on the "Register" button on the left side of this page. Complete the form with as much information as you can and click the "Submit" button. Your registration will be reviewed by the management company to ensure that your account corresponds with the correct home in your community. Once the approval takes place, you will receive an e-mail notification with further instructions, including how to change your temporary password.
Benefits of Creating a Login: By registering for the website, you will be granted access to additional community documents that are not available without a login (e.g. you must have a login to view the HOA's financial records), forms, and other documents. You will also be able to view your account balance and see any outstanding covenant issues on your property.
Check Smoke Detector Info
The smoke detectors that are hard wired into your units are likely more than 15 years old! Components, such as smoke and co-detectors need to be replaced every 5-7 years. This is the responsibility of the individual home owner.

The Association assessment fees are due monthly on the 1st of the month and considered late on the 10th of the month.
