Our website has been designed to help keep you informed about our neighborhood so that you can feel at home and in touch with your neighbors. Our website has a range of features which will help you communicate not only with your neighbors but with our association and Management Company as well.

Please note that this is the only official website for our association. For information such as classified ads, vendor referrals, and community message boards, you may visit a site such as which has been set up for those purposes.

Board Meetings
Board Meetings are typically held on the Third Tuesday of each month beginning at 6:30 PM. 

The next Board meeting is on September 19, 2017. We encourage homeowners to attend, if you would like to be placed on the agenda, please contact Abigail at

Architectural Applications
Roofs:  Please state on the application if the new roof is the same color or different color.  If the new roof is a different color, take a picture of the current roof and send it in with the application.
Painting:  Custom color requests- Please include 7 samples of each color. 

Fence Project

Phase 1 of the fence project is underway.  Please contact Management with any questions or concerns.

Pool Hours
Please remind your kids of the pool rules. No one under 13 may be at the pool unsupervised.

10:00am- 8:00pm Open Swim NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY


NOTE: Beginning Monday 8/14, there are NO lifeguards on duty, weekdays. No one under 13 is allowed at the pool without adult supervision. Children must be supervised at all times.


Saturday- Sunday 
8:00am-10:00am Adult swim only

10am-8:00pm Open Swim, Lifeguards on duty


Special thanks to those who tirelessly helped open the gates everyday. Also, a special thanks to the clean up and gate closing crew as well. We could sure use everyones help when leaving the pool with the following; close and tie umbrellas, put trash in the cans and put furniture back.

We sure appreciate everyone pitching in to help.

To obtain a login and password for the website, you will need to register as a homeowner. To register, please click on the "Register" button on the left side of this page. Complete the form with as much information as you can and click the "Submit" button. Your registration will be reviewed by the management company to ensure that your account corresponds with the correct home in your community. Once the approval takes place, you will receive an e-mail notification with further instructions, including how to change your temporary password.

Benefits of Creating a Login:
By registering for the website, you will be granted access to additional community documents that are not available without a login (e.g. you must have a login to view the HOA's financial records), forms, and other documents. You will also be able to view your account balance and see any outstanding covenant issues on your property.

When are the assessment fees due?
The Association assessment fees are due semi-annually and due January 1st and July 1st. and considered late on the 30th of the month and additional collection fees will be added to your account.

Assessmets are $305.00
