NEIGHBORHOOD GARAGE SALE

It will soon be time to buy, sell and trade all those extra items that have accumulated over the winter! 

We are hoping that timing our event with those of our neighbors including Hyland Greens East, NorthPark East and the Windings will bring lots of buyers to our neighborhood.

We will advertise on the internet, hang our signs at each entrance to the neighborhood and we will print flyers with maps indicating which houses are having sales.  There is no cost to participate.

Our management company, HAVEN Property Managers & Advisors has again offered to coordinate the sale, prepare and print maps.  If you would like your address included on the listing, please email your name and address to Abigail Snyder at ASNyder@HAVENpm.com before April 24.

To Obtain a Login and Password: To obtain a login and password for the website, you will need to register as a homeowner.  To register, please click on the "Register" button on the left side of this page.  Complete the form with as much information as you can and click the "Submit" button.  Your registration will be reviewed by the management company to ensure that your account corresponds with the correct home in your community.  Once the approval takes place, you will receive an e-mail notification with further instructions, including how to change your temporary password


Benefits of Creating a Login: By registering for the website, you will be granted access to additional community documents that are not available without a login (e.g. you must have a login to view the HOA's financial records), forms, and other documents.   You will also be able to view your account balance and see any outstanding covenant issues on your property
