The Food Trucks are Back!

May 2nd and 16th
June 6th and 20th

5:30 - approximately 8:30 PM at Hampshire Park

Take advantage of this opportunity to meet your neighbors, enjoy the company and buy a little dinner.  Bring your chairs, blanket, beverages, Frisbee, ball, hula hoop and have some fun!


2017 Garage Sale!

Friday; May 19 and Saturday; May 20
Signs will be placed on the exterior fences on Thursday May 15 to remind anyone driving by to come and shop.
Ads  will also be placed on Craigslist and Next Door.

Board Meetings
The next monthly Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday;  May 16, 2017 beginning at 7:00 PM. We encourage homeowners to attend, and if you would like to be placed on the agenda, please contact Shanna at smassier@havenpm.com

When are the assessment fees due?
The association assessment fees are due on 1st and late on 10th, note that there will be additional collection fees added.

Dues are $198.00 per quarter
Yearly is $792.00
