Political and Election Signage
With the political and election season right around the corner, please remember that the First Hyland  Greens policy states as follows: Homeowners and residents may display one political sign per political office of ballot issue no sooner than 45 days before any election.  Signs must be removed within seven days following the election.  Political signs can be no larger than five square feet or as allowed by applicable local ordinance.

To Obtain a Login and Password:
To obtain a login and password for the website, you will need to register as a homeowner. To register, please click on the "Register" button on the left side of this page. Complete the form with as much Information as you can and click the "Submit" button. Your registration will be reviewed by the management company to ensure that your account corresponds with the correct home in your community. Once the approval takes place, you will receive an e-mail notification with further instructions, including how to change your temporary password.

Benefits of Creating a Login:

By registering for the website, you will be granted access to additional community documents that are not available without a login (e.g. you must have a login to view the HOA's financial records), forms, and other documents. You will also be able to view your account balance and see any outstanding covenant issues on your property.

When are the assessment fees due?
The association assessment fees are due on 1st and late on 10th, note that there will be additional collection fees added.

Dues are $198.00 per quarter
