BOARD MEETINGS are held on the third Tuesday of each month beginning at 7:00 PM.  Meetings are held at the 
office of Haven Property Managers & Advisors at:

To Obtain a Login and Password: To obtain a login and password for the website, you will need to register as a homeowner.  To register, please click on the "Register" button on the left side of this page.  Complete the form with as much information as you can and click the "Submit" button.  Your registration will be reviewed by the management company to ensure that your account corresponds with the correct home in your community.  Once the approval takes place, you will receive an e-mail notification with further instructions, including how to change your temporary password


Benefits of Creating a Login: By registering for the website, you will be granted access to additional community documents that are not available without a login (e.g. you must have a login to view the HOA's financial records), forms, and other documents.   You will also be able to view your account balance and see any outstanding covenant issues on your property
