After careful consideration, Packman Disposal has made the difficult decision to sell their waste and recycling collection business to American Disposal Services. This change will take effect immediately.

American Disposal is family owned and operated and has been in the waste collection business for over 40 years. They are committed to this transition and have guaranteed our current contract for at least one year.
American Disposal will continue to accept new First Hyland Greens customers as part of our volunteer trash and recycle services program. Remember, service forms and payment are due soon.
The Board of Directors will continue to carefully monitor the services of this new company and we encourage you to contact HAVEN Property Managers & Advisors if you have any questions.
Reminder- The 3rd Quarter FY2016 assessment is due May 1, 2016 and is considered late after May 10, 2016.
